An Elevated Approach To Aging Well

What is Elévolve?

Our elevated approach to
structural facial renewal.

The Lift You’ll Love

Not every patient seeking facial enhancement is trying to turn back the clock. Some individuals simply never had a sharply contoured jawline or balanced facial volume. Genetics can contribute to a softer lower face, lack of jawline definition, or excess structural volume. In this way, enhancing facial contours can be similar to why someone chooses a rhinoplasty—not as an age-correcting procedure, but as a way to refine or improve a feature they were born with. It’s about balance and proportion, not age.

Aging and Genetics Addressed

The longstanding stigma that facelifts are only meant for older women is simply outdated. Modern facial rejuvenation is about structural harmony, confidence, and individualized enhancement at any stage of adulthood. Women are seeking refinement for different reasons—some to restore changes brought on by aging, others to enhance features genetics never fully provided.

Elévolve is designed to be tailored to each individual’s anatomy, goals, and aesthetic vision. Dr. Murphy’s approach is precise and personalized—focused on creating natural, balanced results that enhance who you are, not change it.

Why Elévolve?

Experience the

Elévolve Standard.

Elévolve sets a new standard in facial rejuvenation.
Every step is intentionally designed around your features.
The result is balance, confidence, and natural longevity.

Upper Third (Brow/Lids)

The upper face plays a critical role in expression and balance. Subtle adjustments can restore openness and expression.

Lower Third (Neck)

The lower third addresses the jawline, chin, and neck—key elements in defining profile and youth. By approaching these regions collectively rather than individually, the result is unified and natural, never overdone or disproportionate.

Middle Third (Cheek/Jowls)

The midface is central to facial harmony and youthful contour. Volume and structural support play a critical role in maintaining contour and softness.

How It Works

The Elévolve Process:
A refined approach to facial rejuvenation.

Step 1

Consultation

Your Elévolve journey begins with a welcome call from our patient coordinator, who will introduce you to the practice and guide you through the Elévolve process, including recovery expectations, investment details, and next steps. This conversation is designed to answer your initial questions and ensure you feel informed and supported from the very beginning.

You will then meet privately with Dr. Mark R. Murphy for a comprehensive consultation. Using his experienced, discerning eye, he evaluates the face as a whole, considering structure, skin quality, and how the upper face, midface, and neck work together. This visit is highly collaborative, focusing on your goals, addressing your concerns, and determining whether Elévolve is the right approach for you.

Step 2

Customized Surgical Plan

Based on your consultation, Dr. Murphy designs a surgical plan tailored specifically to your facial anatomy and aesthetic priorities. Each plan thoughtfully addresses the upper face, midface, and neck together to restore balance, contour, and harmony, with every detail customized to achieve natural, refined results.

Step 3

Day of Procedure

Your Elévolve procedure is performed in a controlled surgical setting and typically takes several hours, depending on your customized plan. Dr. Mark R. Murphy addresses the upper face, midface, and neck in one cohesive approach, restoring lift and structure without overcorrection. Patients return home the same day with clear aftercare guidance and support directly from our in-clinic team.

Step 4

Recovery Milestones

1 Week

Early swelling begins to subside as the face settles into its new foundation. Most patients feel comfortable being seen socially, with incisions healing discreetly and facial balance already taking shape. Dr. Mark R. Murphy monitors progress closely to ensure everything is healing as intended.

3 to 5 Weeks

Refinement becomes more noticeable across the upper face, midface, and neck. Residual tightness continues to soften, contours look smoother, and the face begins to feel more natural and expressive. At this stage, patients often feel like themselves again, just refreshed.

6 to 8 Weeks

The results fully integrate across all three facial zones. Skin quality improves, facial harmony is restored, and the lift appears seamless and unforced. What remains is a rested, confident version of you that continues to evolve beautifully over time.

Step 5

Long-Term Maintenance

Skincare

Post-Elévolve care includes medical-grade skincare selected to support healing, improve skin quality, and protect long-term results. Once initial healing is complete and your skin has been cleared by our team, a customized regimen helps maintain a natural, balanced appearance as the skin continues to evolve.

Neurotoxin

When appropriate, injectables are used conservatively to support facial harmony and preserve results without altering the surgical foundation. Neurotoxin treatments typically resume on a maintenance schedule of every 3–4 months, based on your individual needs and Dr. Mark R. Murphy’s guidance. This approach focuses on subtle maintenance rather than change.

Lasers

Laser treatments may be introduced once the skin has fully recovered and timing is appropriate for your healing process. Treatment frequency is tailored to each patient, depending on skin quality goals, lifestyle, and long-term maintenance needs. These treatments help refine texture, tone, and collagen, supporting a smooth, refreshed appearance over time.

All skincare, injectable, and laser maintenance services are offered right here at Palm Beach Facial Plastic Surgery, allowing patients to continue their care hand in hand with their surgical team.
